Try to split the cardio in two shorter workouts in the same day. Try a easy morning routine, then go for a harder effort in the evening. This will burn more calories as well. Another way to fit the cardio in is in the early morning before the committments of the day get you fizzled. Also, try some new playlists on your ipod for motivation or meet a friend for a run. You also need to change the scenary for that cardio to keep it interesting. Try a new running route or a different elliptical machine at the gym. Variety is the spice of life. If time is a factor. On those hectic days workout for a shorter duration at a higher intensity. These are just a few ways to keep things mentally and physically challenging. GOOD LUCK!!
